Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

Directions

Mash the banana. Add the rest of the ingredients into the mashed banana and mix.
Allow to sit for ~15-18 minutes so that the mixture thickens up. Form 5 tall mounds (do not flatten - I used spoons to shape) and place onto a nonstick baking sheet/pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

 

Chocolate Raspberry Crepes

Directions

Combine all crepe ingredients in a bowl and whisk until batter is smooth and free from lumps. The batter will be thin. Pour batter(1/3 of batter per crepe) onto the centre of the swirling pan to cover the base and create a thin crepe. Flip over and remove when cooked and repeat with remaining batter. Fill each crepe with the filling ingredients and fold over. Top with raspberries and sprinkle with cinnamon.

 

Strawberry Banana Protein Bread

Directions

Pre heat oven to 375. Mash bananas and mix in egg whites and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl mix together all dry ingredients. Add it to the banana mixture and fold it in. Do not over mix. Add in chocolate chips last. Pour mixture in a greased bread pan and place sliced strawberries on top covering most of it. Bake for 30-35 mins. It is ready when toothpick comes out clean.

No bake Pumpkin Cheesecake

Directions

Blend dates, almonds, syrup and kamut into a sticky "crust" and press into the bottom of a spring form pan. Mix yogurt, dry jello, gelatin and microwave 60s... Mix again...microwave again 30s and blend smooth if it's lumpy. Save 1/3 for the top layer to the side. Mix remaining 2/3 with 1/2c pumpkin and season to your preference. Pour pumpkin into spring form pan and pour plain cheesecake layer on top. Dust with cinnamon and refrigerate 3+ hours until it's set. Macros for 1/2- 6.5f45c54p

 

Peanut Butter Cup Protein Crepes

Directions

Mix oat flour, pb2, eggs, honey, and almond milk together. Coat a pan with non-stick stray, place on med/low heat, add just enough batter to coat the pan. Cook for ~1min and flip, repeat until batter is done. Stuff with chocolate protein fluff (mix Greek yogurt, cacao powder, and protein powder until smooth), top with Greek yogurt sweetened with honey, peanut butter, healthy chocolate sauce (cacao powder, agave, milk to desired consistency/taste), protein peanut butter cups and enjoy!
