Raw Chocolate Tart

Directions

Blend base ingredients in a food processor. Add water 1 tbsp at a time until it starts to stick together. Press into the bottom of a lined pan. Blend filling ingredients in a food processor until creamy. Pour into pan. Refrigerate overnight. Makes about 8 large slices. Store in fridge or freezer.

 

Yogurt Bites

Directions

These are simply made of whole milk organic yogurt mixed with a tiny sweetener (use either honey or stevia) and topped with fresh fruit- pour into cupcake liners in a pan, then put the whole cupcake pan in the freezer. Let them freeze a few hours or overnight and take out 5 minutes before eating. .

 

Nutella stuffed pancakes

Directions

Line baking tray with paper. Dollop 1½ to 2 tbsp of Nutella onto the baking tray and spread into a disc around 2½”. Make 7 to 8 in total. Freeze until firm. Whisk Dry Ingredients, make will in centre and pour in Wet Ingredients. Whisk until just combined. Melt ½ tsp butter in a non stick fry pan over medium heat. Dollop ¼ cup of batter into the fry pan. Top with 1 frozen Nutella disc, then cover with batter. When bubbles appear around edges flip and cook until golden.
 

 

Low Carb Protein Cinnamon Roll

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all cake ingredients together. Line baking sheet with Parchment Paper. Pour cake batter onto the Parchment Paper. Bake 5-10 min until firm. Do not overcook. While the batter is cooking, mix together the frosting. Once the cake batter is baked coat the flat pancake with frosting. Leave a little frosting aside to pour over top the cinnamon roll. I cut mine into 3 strips (see below). Then roll each strip. Top the cinnamon roll with more frosting.
