½ cup frozen blueberries
1 medium over-ripe banana, sliced and frozen
2 tbsp old-fashioned oats
1 tbsp almond butter
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Optional: 1 medjool date (for sweetness), handful of spinach, scoop of plant-based protein powder
